用血液流动的双弹性腔模型分析计算心肌疾病患者舒张期肱动脉压力的相位谱

摘　　要：本文借助血液流动的双弹性腔模型的基本分析结果,给出一个对血管系统正常与非正常人的舒张期压力进行相位谱计算的方法,并应用电子计算机进行数据处理。从相位谱图的角度,对心血管系统正常与非正常人的舒张期压力的相位谱分析比较,及其相位谱与其压力曲线的分析比较,为临床研究及应用提供参考。The blood flow double elastic cavity model was used to put forward a method by which phase spectra of the diastolic brachioarterial pressure were analysed and calcutated,and datum handling was made with computer.We analysed the phase spectra of the diastolic brachioarterial pressure in the healthy persons with a normal cardiovascular system and in the patients with myocardiosis.By comparison,there was a significant difference in the phase spectra between the healthy persons and the patients with myocardiosis.The results can provide a reference for medical study and clinical application.
