摘  要:究球形多孔β-TCP生物陶瓷体内植入后的生物学性能。将球形β-TCP生物陶瓷(直径2cm,孔径(500—600)μm,内连接径(110—150)μm)植入成年新西兰兔的腰背肌筋膜袋中。术后1、2A、8、12周取材,进行组织学、扫描电镜检查。植入材料未见炎性反应。术后1周细胞迁入;2周出现胶原纤维和幼稚的血管芽;4周时血管、胶原纤维数量增多;8周时大孔周边出现新月形新生骨和类骨质;12周时材料明显降解,组织内见成熟的血管及骨组织。球形多孔β-TCP生物陶瓷具有良好的生物学性能,其成骨过程为膜内成骨,血管化受内连接孔限制。To explore the biological performance of the spherical porous β-TCP bioceramic implanted in vivo, spherical porous β-TCP bioceramics( the spherical diameter was 2 cm, the pore size was (500 -600) μm, the pore interconnection size was (110 - 120) μm were harvested at 1,2,4,8 and 12 weeks after implanted into muscle-fascia lumbodorsalis pouches in New Zealand rabbits, to observe the biological performances by means of histological and scan electronic microscopic (SEM) analyses. No inflammatory reaction was found in biomaterials. 1 week postoperately, cells penetrated into pores. Collagen fibers and immature vessel buds on the 2nd week and the numbers of them increased highly in 4 weeks were found. Crescent-shaped neo-bones and osteoids appeared in the peripheral areas of pores in 8 weeks. In 12 weeks mature vasculatues and bones, and the degradation of materials as well were deteded. Spherical porous β-TCP bioceramic demonstrated a good biological performance of cell penetration, vascularization and osteogenesis. The process of osteogenesis in the bioceramic is membrane bone formation and the extent of vascularization is restricted by the interconnection between pores.
