摘  要:从JIT系统物料采购供需双方互利互惠、长期合作的观念出发,构造了一种成批生产、多次发运的综合物料采购模型。模型以单一供应商、单一采购商、单一产品为背景,通过对供需双方集成后总成本的研究分析,确定了最优生产批量、最优运输批次和运输批量。为了更好的辅助决策,在表示总成本时,运输成本以全单位价格折扣的形式在总成本中显性地表示出来,从而更有效地降低供需双方的总成本。From the viewpoint of long-term cooperation between vendor and buyer in a JIT system, an integrated material purchasing model was developed to facilitate frequent deliveries. The proposed model, based on the situation of one vendor, one buyer and only one product, according to the study of the integrated total relevant costs of both vendor and buyer, determines optimal production lot size, shipment batch size and the number of deliveries. For better decision-making, the transportation cost is explicitly incorporated into the total costs in the all-unit-discount form, so that the total costs of both vendor and buyer can be effectively reduced.
