摘　　要：应用常规石蜡切片、H-E染色,对非洲鸵鸟小肠进行组织学观察并与固始鸡小肠进行比较。结果表明:非洲鸵鸟的十二指肠上皮形成较大的皱襞。空肠和回肠的绒毛分支较多,且顶端彼此相连形成无数的桥梁。另外,十二指肠肌层的内环肌有明显的分节现象。The histological structure of Mrican ostrich＇ s small H-E stained paraffin sections and compared with those of the Gushi were formed by the epithelium of the duodenum of African ostrich. branches , and the tips were jointed to form bridges. 3. In the inner intestine was observed and analyzed on routine chicken. The results showed that： 1. Large folds 2. Villi of the jejunum and the ileum have more circular layer of the tunica muscularis of the duodenum, many cross striations exist.
