摘　　要：从统计和调查数据可以看到,太原市房地产市场开发投资持续增长,供应规模不断扩大,销售稳步增长,住宅仍是居民的主要需求,消费行为日趋理性,但是仍然存在着房地产开发企业规模小竞争实力弱、商品住宅销售价格居高不下和商品房开发供给结构性矛盾较突出等问题。According to the statistic data and survey,there analyzes the situation of Taiyuan Real Estate Market,the problems in markets′operation also be discussed,in order to promote the development of real estate market healthily and stably.
