摘  要:在研制1000 A高频低压大电流整流柜的过程中,IGBT及三相整流模块等大功率器件将产生大量的热量,采用何种冷却方式及结构方式将所产生的热量有效的散发出去,这对提高产品的可靠性有重要的意义;文中采用Icepak仿真软件对水冷底板进行热仿真分析,并在仿真的结果分析的基础上,修改用于冷却的水冷底板的结构方式,从而改善功率器件的散热效果,大大缩短研发周期,降低研发成本。通过该设备三年左右的运行效果来看,大电流整流柜工作正常,冷却系统能够满足大功率器件可靠的运行。In the process of the development of the 1000 A high-frequency and low-voltage strong electric current rectifying cabinet, the IGBT and the high-power components as three-phase rectification module produces massive quantity of heat. The effective ways of dissipating the heat by means of coolant modes and the struc- ture modes will contribute significantly to the enhancement of the reliability of the product. This paper gave the thermal simulation for water hydrocooling board was carried out with Icepak software. Through the analysis on the simulation result, the structure of hydrocooling board used for cooling could be revised, thus the radiation effect of power component was improved, the research periods was greatly shortened, and the research cost was saved. Three years'operating effect of this equipment shows that the high current rectifying cabinet works nor mally and the cooling system could meet the reliable operation of the high-power component.
