摘  要:使开级配抗滑磨耗层(OGFC)具有较好的耐水性能是其组成设计的技术关键。为研究水泥取代矿粉后对OGFC混合料耐水性的改善效果,首先确定了不同水泥取代率的OGFC混合料配合比,然后按照规范规定的试验方法进行了浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验。结果表明:适量的水泥取代矿粉后对OGFC混合料的耐水性能有明显的改善效果,水泥的最佳掺量为矿料总量的1.4%。It is a key of technology to make OGFC have a good water resistance. In order to investigate the, improving effect of water resistance of OGFC after replacing mineral filler by cement,the mixing proportions of OGFC with different substitution rate of cement were determined firstly,subsequently immersed Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test were carried out according to the Standard Test Methods. It indicates from the test results that a suitable substitution rate of cement can have a remarkable improving effect on the water resistance of OGFC,and the optimal content of cement is 1.4% of the total content of mineral filler.
