摘 要:以MMA和MPEG1200为原料采用酯交换法合成大单体(MPEG1200MA),通过FTIR光谱表征其结构,并详细研究了催化剂、阻聚剂、反应温度、反应时间等对酯化率的影响。结果表明,MPEG1200与催化剂摩尔比为4、阻聚剂用量为0.27%、87℃反应6h,酯化率可达98.8%,大单体与AA、MAA和AMPS在水溶液中共聚良好。在减水剂折固掺量为0.3%、水灰比为0.29时,水泥净浆流动度可达275 mm,120 min内坍落度基本不变。The MPEG1200MA was prepared through transesterification with MMA and MPEG1200,and the structure of MPEG1200MA was characterized by mean of FTIR. The influences of catalyst,inhibitor, reaction temperature and reaction time on transesterification were discussed in details. The result indicated that at the inhibitor dosage of 0.27%,and the MPEG1200/eatalyst mole ratio of 4,conducted for 6 h at 87℃,the yield of MPEG1200MA was 98.8%,and that MPEG1200MA eopelymerize well in aqueous solution with AA,MAA and AMPS. On cement grout,the fluidity of cement grout can reach as high as 275 mm by adding the neat eopolymer 0.3% and used water/cement ratio 0.29, which there has not slump loss within 120 minutes.
