摘 要:将部分苯酚与苯甲酸磺化,制得活性单体M,然后在85℃左右的水溶液中,滴加甲醛,将活性单体M、苯酚和对氨基苯磺酸钠缩合成甲醛缩合物,开发了一种含有羟基、羧酸基、氨基和磺酸基等官能团的混凝土高效减水剂——氨羧类高效减水剂。氨酸类高效减水剂的性能优于传统氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂,且可降低成本。系统研究了甲醛滴加完后一定时间内,添加一定量的带有磺酸基团的活性单体B和尿素对氨羧类高效减水剂性能和成本的影响,结果表明,添加活性单体B,可明显提高该种高效减水剂的分散性能,且成本可进一步降低;只要添加量和添加方式合适,适量的尿素在降低成本的同时,对高效减水剂性能影响不大。An active monomer M was manufactured by sulfonating partial phenol and benzoic acid. Through dropping formaldehyde solution into water solution at about 85℃ to make active monomer M,phenol and p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid into a new type of superplasticizer, i.e. amino-carboxylic-based superplasticizer was synthesized,which contain such functional group: hydroxyl,carboxylic acid base, amino and sulfo group. The performance of amino-carboxylic-based superplasticizer is better than that of traditional aminosulfonic-based superplasticizers,and the production cost is reduced by 15%. The influences of adding certain amount of active monomer B with sulfo group and urea some time after the dropping of formaldehyde solution on the performance and cost of amino-carboxylic-based superplasticizer were investigated systematically. The reSults show that adding active monomer B can remarkably enhance the dispersing performance of superplasticizer, and the cost can be further reduced; providing the dosage and way of urea added are proper, right amount of urea can reduce the production cost and have less influence on performance of superplasticizer,
