摘　　要：本文从咸丰三年曾国藩与王錱失和入手,分析了其背后曾国藩与骆秉章的复杂关系。在创建湘军的过程中,曾国藩遭遇了来自湖南官场的种种阻力与打击,处境孤立;与此同时,二度抚湘的骆秉章却通过一系列笼络人心的手段,再次确立了自己在当时湖南政局中的核心地位。两人虽然是合作关系,但却经历了一系列的暗中较量,王錱最终脱离曾国藩投入骆秉章的帐下也是这种较量的结果。This paper starts with the dispute between Zeng Guo-fan and Wang Zheng in Xianfeng 3 year, analyzing the complex relation between Zeng Guo-fan and Luo Bing-zhang under this background. During the course of the foundation of the Xiang Army,Zeng encountered various resistance and shock from officialdom in Hunan;at the same time,Luo Bing-zhang governed Hunan province once again, by using a series of means to draw in other officials, and reestablished his nuclear status in Hunan political situation. Appearing a good cooperation, but they suffered a series of backroom competition between them, and the result of this competition was that Wang Zheng finally broke away from Zeng Guo-fan and throw himself into the lap of Luo Bing-zhang.
