晶态下芝麻素精细立体结构研究

摘　　要：为探讨芝麻素精细立体结构规律，采用单晶Ｘ射线衍射分析方法，分别测定了晶态下芝麻素Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ的分子立体结构．结果表明，芝麻素Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ分子晶态下均有附加赝对称性，并存在精细立体结构差异．Zanthoxylum nibidum (Roxb.)DC belongs to Chinese prickly ash genus of the rue family.According to folk recipe,its root,root bark and stem can be used to cure rheumarthritis and toothache,etc.Two Lignan compounds have been extracted from Zanthoxylum nibidum (Roxb.)DC growing in Yining and Long′an County,Guangxi.Their infrared,ultraviolet,nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectra data are identical with those of sesamine extracted from paulownia fortunei growing in Taiwan.Judging from this,the two compounds are all sesamine,the formula is C 20 H 18 O 6.Molecular weight is 354.The extracting method of the above three sesamines from different places(separately named Sesamine A,Sesamine B and Sesamine C)is the same .To study the law of the fine stereo structure of sesamin,we use esingle crystal X ray diffraction to determine the stereo structures of Sesamin A,B and C separately.As a result,sesamine A,sesamine B and sesamine C all have additional pseudo symmetry and differences in their fine stereo structures.
