摘  要:对小麦黑胚病菌链格孢(Alternaria alternata)产毒条件及其粗毒素的致病力进行了研究.结果表明,链格孢菌在不同的培养基、pH值、培养天数所制备的毒素致病力差异显著,以初始pH值为4的PSK培养液中培养13~15 d时提取的粗毒素毒性最强,而且对小麦种子萌发和种子根系的生长均有明显的抑制作用.同时,在小麦幼穗上接种病原菌(Alternaria alternata)及其毒素均会造成黑胚症状,以感病品种比抗病品种更为显著.The conditions for phytotoxin production of Alternaria alternate, the pathogen of wheat black point, and its pathogenicity were studied. The results showed that pathogenicity of toxin produced at different producing culture media, temperatures, duration of culturing day differed greatly. That the pathogenicity reached the top on the PSK media, pH at 4 for 13-15 days. However, the toxin produced by Alternaria alternate is a non-protein which is stable to high temperature and acid environment. It also has an evident restrain to seed's generating and root's growing. Meanwhile, both inoculation pathogen and toxin can cause the symptom of black point and the lose of the thousand grain weight, which is more, in susceptible cultivars than resistant ones.
