摘　　要：在分析产业分类、产业结构基础上,分析了产业结构合理性判断准则,建立了基于水资源约束的产业结构和工业结构优化模型,给出了目标函数和经济、资源、环境等约束条件表达形式,提出了产业结构调整原则、调整方式的建议。The paper, on the basis of industry classification and structure analysis, studies on the judgment criterion for the rationality of industrial structure, establishes the optimization model for industrial structure based on the water resources, states the expression of restraint elements including objective function, economy, resources, environment and proposes and proposes some advices on adjustment principle and method of industrial structure.
