摘　　要：针对我国目前公路危险货物运输事故频发的现象,分析了有关道路危险货物运输在国家法规、中间申报环节、押运人和道路交警执法过程中存在的问题,给出了与之相关的对策,并进一步提出了信息技术以及实时监控系统在危险品运输过程中的应用。Considering for the recurrent accidents of dangerous goods transportation of Chinese highway,this paper analyzes some related questions which exist in national policy, intermediate link of declaration,processes of law enforcement which escort personnel and traffic policemen encountered.Meanwhile, some correlated countermeasures are given.Furthermore,application of information technology and real-time monitor system in hazardous materials transportation is put forward.
