三峡库区兴山县疾病监测点1997～2006年传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的监测库区法定传染病发病情况。方法按照三峡工程坝区及库区疾病监测方案,收集兴山县疾病监测点1997-2006年法定传染病报告资料进行分析,并进行居民传染病漏报率调查。结果10年间共发生乙类传染病9种1025例,传染病平均报告发病率为351.58/10万,报告发病率最高为1997年（761.25/10万）,最低为2002年（167.79/10万）,痢疾、肺结核、病毒性肝炎3种传染病占报告传染病总数的88.98%。传染病漏报率平均为36.96%,校正发病率为638.86/10万。消化道传染病发病逐年下降,虫媒传染病发病处于基本消灭状态,丙类传染病时有流行。结论漏报情况仍较高,应进一步加强疫情报告管理,提高疫情报告质量。Objective To monitor the incidence of statutory infectious diseases in the disease surveillance points of reservoir area. Methods According to the surveillance project for the dam area, data of the statutory infectious diseases from the reporting system in Xingshan county （1997-2006） were collected, and the missing reports in the residents were also analyzed. Results Nine kinds of class B infectious diseases （1 025 cases） were found in this period. The average reported morbidity was 351.58/100 000,The highest reported morbidity was in 1997 （761.25/100 000） ,The lowest reported morbidity was in 2002（ 167.79/100 000）. Dysentery, tuberculosis and viral hepatitis accounted for 88.98% of the total number of the reported cases. The average missing rate of infectious diseases was 36. 96% ,The correction morbidity was 638. 86/100 000. The intestinal infectious diseases declined year by year, the insect intermediary infectious diseases were basically eradicated,the class C infectious diseases were reported from time to time. School was still considered as the priority for infectious diseases control. Conclusion The morbidity of infectious diseases was basically at a stable level during the ten-year monitor,however,the missing reporting rate was still high. It is considered that the management and the quality of the reporting system should be further improved.
