用高频心电图观察麝香保心丸对家兔急性心肌缺血的影响

摘　　要：作者用高频心电图观察麝香保心丸对家兔急性心肌缺血的影响，以探讨麝香保心丸的药理作用。结果表明，麝香保心丸能明显减少急性心肌缺血时高频切迹数（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示本药有一定的抗心肌缺血作用，其细胞电生理作用。The chief aim of the present study is to observe effects of SHEXIANG BAOXIN pills (Musk pillstor heart protection) on acute myocardial ischemia in rabbits by high frequency electrocardiogralhy. We intended to reveal the clinical pharmacology mechanism of SHEXIANG BAOXIN pills The results indicated that SHEXIANG BAOXIN pills reduced clearly the number of the high frequency components in the HFECG It suggests that SHEXIANG BAOXIN pills Possess resistance to myocardial ischemia However, its celluler electrophysiological mechanism still remains to be elucidated.
