摘　　要：通过对当前社会对金融创新人才需求的分析,阐述了构建金融实验室的必要性及金融实验室在培养创新金融人才方面的作用,并以广东金融学院金融实验室建设为例提出构建金融实验室的方案。With the analysis of the current social demand for innovative financial talents, the paper states the necessity of the construction of financial labs and its functions in cultivating itmovative financial talents. The author also takes the construction of financial labs in Guangdong University of Finance for example to better illustrate the proposals to construct financial labs.
