摘　　要：目的探讨经皮给药系统（Trandermal therapeutic system，TTS）辅助治疗160例小儿腹泻的护理经验。方法将160例患儿随机分为对照组和干预组，两组患儿给予常规护理及TTS疗法。研究组在治疗过程中由专人给予个性化全程护理。结果研究组有效率、护理满意度高于对照组。结论个性化全程护理是提高疗效、整体护理质量的基础。Objective To analyse the nursing effect of trandermal therapeutic system for patients with diarrhea. Methods Patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into study group and control group （80 patients in each group） . Patients in both groups received routine treatment; the study group also received total course nursing care. Results The therapeutic effective rate and the degree of satisfaction in study group were higher than that of control group. Conclusion The base for improving curative rate and accelerating recovery is to provide high quality of nursing.
