摘　　要：目的探讨心内科住院患者代谢综合征（MS）的患病情况及护理干预措施。方法入选住院病人775例，男406例，女369例，收集病人的年龄、身高、体重、血压、吸烟、饮酒等基本情况，及血糖和血脂的指标进行统计分析。结果心内科住院患者MS患病率为27．74％，其中女性的患病率高于男性（P〈0．05）。13．68％的病人没有代谢异常组分，大予85％的病人至少有1项代谢异常组分。结论加强对患者的护理干预，可降低MS的患病率。Objective To investigate the prevalance of metabolic syndrome （MS） in inpatients of cardiovascular department, and the intervention strategy of nurse. Methods Seven hundred and seventy five in - patients of cardiovascular department were enrolled, male were 406, female were 369, personal information, blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipid were studied. The diagnosis of MS aceording to the standard recommended by Chinses Diabetes Society. Results The pievalenee of MS in in- patients of cardiovascular was 27.74%, more 85% patients had at least one dis - metablie componet, only 13.68% patients had no dis - metablie componet. Conclusion The prevalence of MS in in - patients of cardiovascul：ar department was high, the eombinative intervention strategy of nurse must be given to them.
