28例悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗OSAHS的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（Sleep apnea syndrome，SAS）行悬雍垂腭咽成形术（Uvulo patato pharyngo plasty，UPPP）的围手术期护理。方法回顾28例OSAHS患者行UPPP手术治疗的临床护理经验。结果28例行悬雍垂腭咽成形术的患者在围手术期内均无并发症出现，术后经3个月的跟踪观察，23例患者睡眠呼吸暂停症状消失，3例患者睡眠呼吸暂停指数减少到2，2例患者睡眠呼吸暂停指数在3—5之间。结论充分做好术前准备，加强心理护理，术后注意各种并发症的预防和处理，加强营养的补充，是使病人安全度过围手术期，实现早日康复的关键。Objective To discuss the attence of patients witli OSAS undergoing UPPP during preoperation and postoperation. Methods To review the attence experience of patients with OSAS undergoing UPPP. Results There are not complications in the twenty -eight patients with OSAS undergoing UPPP, after three months observation, the OSAS disappears in twenty - three patients, the AHI decreases to two in three patients, the AHI decreases between three and five in two patients. Conclusion The good preoperative preparation, the good psychic attence, the sufficient nutrition and the precaution of any kinds of complication are the criticality of rehabilitation of patients.
