行为护理对泌尿外科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨行为护理对泌尿外科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法将56例泌尿外科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为行为组29例和对照组27例，行为组在手术和常规药物治疗的同时给予行为护理措施干预，对照组只给予手术和常规药物治疗，分别应用90项症状自评表（SCL-90）测定患者的心理状况，评价两组患者的生活质量（QOF）。结果行为组SCL-90评定总分、总均分和阳性项目数、躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执等因子分均低于对照组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论行为护理可明显地消除泌尿外科恶心肿瘤患者的焦虑、抑郁心理，增强治疗的信心，从而促进康复，达到提高患者生活质量的目的。Objective To explore the effect of act nursing on the living quality of patients with malignant tumor of uropoiesis in surgical department. Methods 56 cases were divided into act nursing group （ n = 29） and comparison group （ n = 27） at random; The act nursing was given for nursing measure interference at the same time in operation and normal medicine treatment; The comparison group was only given in operation and normal medicine treatment. The heart situation for the patients are tested by ＂ Symptom Checklist 90 ＂ （ SCL - 90） separately so as so assess the quality of life （QOF） in two groups. Results The act nursing group of SCL- 90 with the gross assessment marks, gross means marks, positive items, body, depressed, worry, opposition, terror, crankiness factors are lower than the comparison group. The difference is remarkable （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The act nursing can eliminate worry and depressed heart barrier of the patient suffered from malignant tumor of uropoiesis surgical department to enhance the confidence of the treatment and promote recovery so as to improve the quality of life of the patients as objective.
