摘　　要：综述钙信号在平滑肌收缩中的调控作用。Ca^2＋进入细胞浆。细胞浆内Ca^2＋摄取、释放及细胞浆内Ca^2＋排出细胞外的机制；钙信号的结合方式；钙信号在低氧肺血管收缩（hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction，HPV）发病机制中的作用。The role of calcium signals in regulation smooth muscles is summarized. The mechanisms of Ca^2＋ entering cytoplasm, uptake and release in cytoplasm and Ca^2＋ extrusion into the extracellular solution, the integration of calcium signals and the role of calcium signals in hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction are discussed.
