摘  要:以槲皮素为对照品用荧光法测定药物银杏叶片制剂中总黄酮醇苷的含量。实验表明:Al(Ⅲ)与槲皮素作用可产生强的荧光,加入十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)后,荧光强度进一步增强。槲皮素在0.068~6.76μg/ml范围内与其荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为Y=5.8658X+5.3925,相关系数r=0.9936,检出限为0.036μg/ml。本方法用于银杏叶片制剂中总黄酮醇苷含量的测定,其回收率为99.2%~100.8%,结果较为理想。The fluorimetry was applied to determine the total flavonol glycosides quantity of Ginkgo leaf tablets and quercetin was used as the comparison.The experimental conditions were optimized as follows: on the basis of reaction of quercetin with alumimnium ion to form hyperfluorescent material,and surface active agent SDS could improve the fluorescence of quercetin-aluminium(Ⅲ) system.The linear relationship of fluorescence intensity and quercetin concentration was in the range of 0.068~6.76 μg/ml.The detection limit was 0.036 μg/ml.The recovery was in the range 99.2%~100.8%.This simple method can be applied to the analysis of the total flavonol glycosides quantity in Ginkgo leaf tablets with satisfactory results.
