摘　　要：基于透析机建立的人工体外系统是一个多环节的复杂系统,存在着高度不确定的应用风险,建议将透析机应用中的质量控制纳入医疗风险管理,实行透析机的专业化操作,培养业务精、懂管理、以医疗设备质量控制为重点的临床工程师参加透析机管理,制定规范的透析机应用指南,建立有效的透析机风险监测与预警机制,尽量减少透析机导致的医疗纠纷的发生。The artificial and in vitro system, established based on the dialyzer, is a complex multi --factor system with some high uncertain application risks, It suggested that the quality control in diaylzer application should be brought into the medical risk management of hospital. The key suggestions for reducing the accidence cat^sed by dialyzer are recommended 1） to carry out the specialization operation of dialyzer, 2） to set up the management group of dialyzer with the clinical engineers who are good at the operation, management and quality control of medical equipment, 3） to constitute the normative manual for dialyzer application, and 4） to establish the effective risk monitoring and early warning system, thereby reducing the occurrence of medical dispute caused by the dialyzer.
