摘 要:目的为泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的诊断提供科学、可靠的依据。方法应用人喉癌上皮细胞(Hep-2细胞)对50份泌尿生殖道分泌物进行沙眼衣原体分离培养,通过镜下直接观察Hep-2细胞中沙眼衣原体包涵体及活动的原体进行鉴定,同时用相应的细胞培养液进行聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测。结果8份标本分离培养为阳性,其对应的PCR亦为阳性,检出率为16%。结论用细胞培养法分离泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体是诊断其感染的最可靠方法。Objective To provide a scientific reliable basis for the diagnosis of chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection of the urogenital tract. Methods CT from urogenital specimens of 50 cases were isolated by using Hep 2 cells and identified by observing CT inclusion and “jump” of elementary body under the light microscope. In addition, CT genome was also detected in the cell culture fluid by CT PCR. Results Eight specimens were positive, and the PCR results were identical with cell cultures. The positive rate of CT was 16%. Conclusion CT isolated with Hep 2 cells from urogenital specimens is a specific method for the diagnosis of CT infection of the urogenital tract.
