摘 要:目的:建立一种离子色谱-荧光检测方法,用于同时测定3种喹诺酮类药物-诺氟沙星(Norfloxacin NOR)、环丙沙星(Ciprofloxacin CIP)和恩诺沙星(Enoxacin ENO)。方法:选用Dionex OmniPac PAX 500色谱柱,淋洗液为15 mmol/L H2SO4内含有35%(V/V)甲醇,流速1.0 ml/min,荧光检测激发波长和发射波长分别是347和420 nm。结果:在1-100μg/ml浓度范围内,各待测物线性关系良好(r〉0.9995,n=8),NOR、CIP和ENO的检测限(信噪比S/N=3)分别是50、105、80 ng/ml,NOR和CIP片粉中加样回收率分别是103.5%和100.1%。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、快速,可用于药物制剂和食品中药物残留分析。Objective:To develop a method for simultaneous determination of 3 quinolone antimicrobial agents by ion chromatography with fluorescence detection.Methods:The 3 drugs of norfloxacin(NOR),ciprofloxacin(CIP) and enoxacin(ENO) were separated by Dionex OmniPac PAX 500 column with an eluent containing 15 mmol/L H2SO4 and 35%(V/V) methanol.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and detected with fluorescence with excitation and emission wavelenths of 347 nm and 420 nm.Results:The linear concentration range was 1~100 μg/ml for each agent(r〉0.9995,n=8) and LOD(S/N=3)of NOR,CIP,ENO was 50,105,80 ng/ml,respectively.NOR and CIP also showed good recoveries(103.5% and 100.1% respectively) in tablet powders.Conclusion:The method enables accurate,sensitive,rapid analysis for pharmaceutical preparations and drug residues in foods.
