摘 要:目的:建立溶剂解吸-气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中α-氯乙酰苯的检测技术。方法:对工作场所空气中α-氯乙酰苯用活性炭管采集,用5%丙酮苯溶液解吸,经SE-30柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测。结果:本方法测定工作场所空气中的α-氯乙酰苯,线性范围为0.0-2.0μg/ml,检出限为1.0×10-5μg(进样1μl液体),最低检出浓度为0.01 mg/m3(采集2 L空气)。α-氯乙酰苯在0.025-0.6μg/ml浓度范围内,其相对标准偏差范围为2.9%-9.6%。结论:本方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、操作简便,仪器配置要求低,适用于工作场所空气中α-氯乙酰苯浓度的日常监测。Objective:To establish a determination technique in solution analysis-gas chromatographic of the α-chloroacetophenone in workplace air.Methods:α-chloroacetophenone was collected with activated carbon tube,liquid resolution was used by 5% acetone-benzene,then separated by SE-30 column,detected by ECD detector.Results:The line range was 0.0~2.0 μg/ml,detection limit 1.0×10-5 μg(liquid inject 1 μl).Lowest detection concentration was 0.01 mg/m3(collected 2 L air).Concentration range of α-chloroacetophenone was in 0.025~0.6 μg/ml.The relative standard deviation was 2.9%~9.6%.Conclusion:The method is rapid and accurate.Sensitivity is high.Operation is simple.Demand for instrument is low.So it is fit in α-chloacetophenone determination in workplace air.
