摘  要:目的:建立用气相色谱法测定蔬菜、水果中10种有机磷农药残留量的方法。方法:采用微量化学法和固相萃取技术,用气相色谱法。结果:方法最低检出浓度为0.01-0.02 mg/kg,样品中的添加浓度为0.02-1.0 mg/kg时,平均回收率为70.12%-118.85%,RSD为2.1%-15.8%。结论:结果表明,该方法操作简便快速、灵敏度高,符合实际应用需要。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 10 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruit by gas chromatography.Methods:The samples were extracted using micro-chemical and solid phase extraction technique and exstacts were determined by GC.Results:The limit of detection was 0.01~0.02 mg/kg.The recoveries were 70.12%~118.85% when the added levels were from 0.02 to 1.0 mg/kg.The RSD was 2.1%~15.8%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and suitable for the analysis of pesticide residues.
