摘　　要：王肯堂医案散见于《证治准绳》等。王肯堂从"阴阳升降"理论出发治疗多种疾病,体现了中医辨证论治的特点。他将这一理论用在五官科疾病的治疗,使其应用范围更加广泛。王肯堂"升清阳,降浊阴"的学术思想通过其特有的用药方式来实现,其以轻清升散之药及"生药"升清阳,以苦寒沉降之药及"熟药"降浊阴。WANG Ken -tang＇s medical records were noted in Criterion for Syndrome Treating and other ancient books and records scatteredly. He healed the ailments in the view of descending and ascending of yin or yang, and suggested that drugs with light and rising nature and crude drugs would make lucid yang ascend, and drugs with bitter, cold and settling nature and cooked drugs would make turbid yin descend.
