复方黄连降糖片与小檗碱调节糖脂代谢的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:比较复方黄连降糖片与小檗碱调节糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢的药效学作用,评价两药调节糖脂代谢作用的特点。方法:以小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射加高脂饮食诱导2型糖尿病大鼠模型,根据血糖分为模型组、复方黄连降糖片组和小檗碱组,另设正常对照组。药物组分别给予干预治疗8周,治疗期间,每周常规称量体重1次,8周时测定大鼠的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖负荷2h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),并观察大鼠肝脏大体形态。结果:①复方黄连降糖片对大鼠的体重、LDL-C、TG、PBG的调节作用有优于小檗碱的趋势;②小檗碱对FBG的作用有好于复方黄连降糖片的趋势;③对TC、HbAlc、HDL-C及大鼠肝脏大体形态的影响两药基本一致。结论:复方黄连降糖片较之单纯应用小檗碱能更全面、更有效地调节糖尿病大鼠的糖脂代谢。Objective ： To study the pharmacodynamics actions of Tablet of complex prescription Rhizoma Coptidis to lower glucose and berberine on regulating sugar - lipid metabolism, and to evaluate the characteristics of the two medicines on regulating sugar - lipid metabolism. Method ： Rat models of Ⅱ - type diabetes meUitus was induced by intraperitoneal injection with Streptozocin （STZ） in low dose and high fat diet. Then according to blood glucose, the rat models were divided into model group, group of Tablet of complex prescription Rhizoma Coptidis to lower glucose and group of berberine. Normal control group was set up in addition. The course of treatment groups was 8 weeks. During the treatment period, regular body weight was measured once a week. And at the end of 8 weeks FBG, PBG, HbAlc, TC, TG, LDL - C and HDL - C were tested as well as observing the rats＇ liver morphous. Result： （1） The regulating action of Tablet of complex prescription Rhizoma Coptidis to lower glucose on rat body weight, LDL - C, TG and PBG was better than that of berberine. （2） The action of berberine on FBG proned to be better than that of Tablet of complex prescription Rhizoma Coptidis to lower glucose. （3） The effects of the two on TC, HbAlc, HDL - C and the rats＇ liver morphous were as the same each other. Conclusion： Tablet of complex prescription Rhizoma Coptidis to lower glucose can regulate sugar - lipid metabolism of rat models of diabetes mellitus more effectively and thoroughly than berberine does.
