摘  要:利用液氮球磨法制备了5083铝合金和B4C/5083复合材料,对该材料的微观结构和拉伸性能进行了研究。结果表明,液氮球磨5083合金和商业用5083、5083-H343材料相比,屈服强度分别提高了193%和35%;抗拉强度分别提高了72%和37%。加入增强相B4C后,B4C/5083复合材料的屈服强度和抗拉强度比5083合金提高,而伸长率降低,其原因是加载过程中载荷在基体和增强相间传递和高硬度的B4C所致。5083 aluminum alloy and B4C/5083 composite powder were prepared by cryomilling method to produce nanocrystalline powder,and its microstructure and tensile properties were studied. The results show that compared with the commercial 5083 alloy and 5083-H343 material,cryomilled 5083 alloy was found to have 193% and 35% increase in yield strength,72% and 37% in tensile strength. After adding reinforcement B4C particles,the yield strength and the tensile strength increased, but the ductility decreased. This is because of the high rigidity of B4C and the load transfer between the substrate and strengthening phase during loading process.
