摘　　要：按照ISO9001质量体系认证标准,根据热处理企业生产特点,利用Visual Basic语言和SQL Server 2000数据库开发系统开发了一套适用于热处理生产工艺管理和过程控制的计算机应用软件系统。本系统的开发可显著降低生产过程中工作人员的工作量,保证热处理工艺实施的准确性和提高热处理质量的可控性,实现热处理生产过程的全面质量管理。In accordance with ISO9001 standards for quality certification and characteristics of heat treatment enterprises, a set of applied computer software system for heat treatment process management and control was developed by using Visual Basic 6. 0 and SQL Server 2000 database. The system can lower remarkably the workload of operators in production process, and ensure the veracity of heat treatment process, and make the quality of heat treatment controllable, so as to realize total quality management for heat treatment production process.
