摘 要:通过潮土区的田间试验,采用分设正交区组的3因素5水平通用旋转组合设计研究了Mn与N、K配施对冬小麦养分吸收的影响,同时探索了它们之间的交互作用。结果表明:Mn与N、K合理配比可以显著提高籽粒内N的含量和吸收量;对籽粒内K的含量影响不明显,而对最终籽粒K的吸收量影响明显。同时,通过交互效应分析,得出Mn与N之间存在协助作用、而Mn与K之间存在极为明显的拮抗作用。A field experiment was carried out on fiuvo-aquic soil to study effects of addition of manganese in fertilization and its interactions with nitrogen and potassium application on N and K absorption by winter wheat, using the design of orthogonal blocks of general spinning combination of three factors and five levels. Results indicated that application of Mn in a proper ratio with N and K significantly increased N content and N absorption by the grains, and also K uptake by the grains, but did not have much effect on K content in the grains. Analysis of interactions of Mn with N and K in the effect shows synergism with the former and antagonism with the latter.
