摘 要:以硝酸锌和无水碳酸钠为原料,把超声波引入到直接沉淀法中,同时用溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTAB)作为表面活性剂,合成出粒径小、分布均匀且团聚现象明显减弱的纳米氧化锌,并用TG-DTA,XRD,SEM等分析手段对制得的产物进行表征,找出合成的最佳条件。同时,还以油酸作为改性剂对所制得的纳米氧化锌进行表面改性,以FT-IR等测试手段对其改性原理进行简单探讨,并通过测定活化指数对改性效果进行分析。Nano -sized ZnO with small particle size, uniform size distribution and less agglomeration was synthesized by direct precipitation method under ultrasonic radiation with Zn( NO3 ) 2 and anhydrous Na2 CO3 as the raw materials, eetrimonium bromide (CTAB) as surface active agent. The product was charactered by TG - DTA ,XRD and SEM ,then the optimum condition of synthesis was found. Meanwhile, the prepared ZnO nano - partieals were modified with oleie acid. The principle of modification was discussed simply by FT - IR method etc. and the effect of modification was analyzed by measuring activation index.
