摘 要:研究了用低品位赤铁矿、盐酸和硅酸钠为原料,制备聚硅氯化铁(PSFC)絮凝剂的方法及絮凝性能。考查了盐酸温度、盐酸浓度、浸出时间和液固比对铁浸出率的影响,铁的浸出率可达95.13%。同时考察了硅酸活化pH、铁硅物质的量比、硅酸活化时间、陈化时间等影响因素。结果表明:PSFC具有良好的絮凝性能,能有效去除印染废水中的浊度、色度、悬浮固体(SS)和化学需氧量(CODCr),用量为100 mg/L时,这4种污染因子的去除率分别可达90.3%,85.5%,92.6%,79.6%。The preparation method of polysilicate ferric chloride ( PSFC ) flocculant with low grade hematite, hydrochloric acid and sodium silicate as raw materials and its flocculation performance were studied. The influences of various influential factors, such as temperature and concentration of hydrochloric acid, leaching time and liquid -to- solid ratio on ferric leaching rate were investigated. The ferric leaching rate can get up to 95.13%. At the same time,the study has probed into various influential factors that may have effect on PSFC flocculation performance,including the pH and time of silicic acid activating, Fe - to - Si amount - of - substance ratio and ageing time etc.. The result indicated that PSFC has fine flocculation performance,and can dislodge the turbidity,colourity, suspended substance(SS) and CODcr of dyehouse waste effectively. When the dosages are 100 mg/L, the dislodging rate of the turbidity, colourity, SS and CODcr can reach 90.3% , 85.5% ,92.6% and 79.6% respectively.
