摘  要:以二氯化锡-甘油混合液作还原剂,建立了用磷钼蓝分光光度法测定生物陶瓷基材β-磷酸钙中磷含量的方法,确定了最佳测定条件。在波长为690nm处,磷的质量浓度在0~0.4μg/mL时符合比耳定律,线性回归方程为y=0.0153x-0.0003,相关系数R^2=0.9973,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.55×10^4 L/(mol·cm),相对标准偏差在0.09%~0.12%,加标回收率98.72%以上,方法的精密度和准确性均较好。Using tin bichloride - glycerol mixed solution as reductant, the determination method of phosphorus content for bioceramic base - material -β - calcium phosphate with phosphomolybdate blue spectrophotometry has been established. The optimum determination conditions were confirmed:at the wavelength of 690 rim, Beer's law was obeyed in the mass concentration range of phosphorus from 0 to 0.4 pμg/mL;the linear regression equation is y = 0. 015 3 x - 0. 000 3; the correlation coefficient R^2 is 0. 997 3 ; and its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.55 x 10^4 L/( mol .cm ) ; RSD is in the range of 0.09% - 0.12% and the standard sample recovery rate is over 98.72%. The method is feasible both in precision and in accuracy.
