对供水管网漏损评定指标的质疑与建议

摘　　要：通过比较各地供水管网的漏损数据,可以发现"免费供水量"这个计算漏损率的基础数据实际是推测值,而建立在推测值基础上的漏损率不具有可比性。建议取供水总量的4%作为免费供水量上限值,或者直接以供售差率作为考核指标。Through the compariso areas, It can be found that the free , is a guess value, and the leakage 4% of the total water supply is used of the leakage data of the water supply pipe networks in differ- ater supply quantity, as a basis datum for calculating leakage te based on the gu as upper limit of the ess value is not comparable. It is suggested free water supply quantity, or the difference rate between supply and marketing is directly used as an examination indicator.
