摘  要:目的研究山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的制备方法并对复合物的形成进行验证。方法以无水乙醇作为反应溶剂;磷脂与药物的比例为2:1;反应物质量浓度为20mg/mL;60℃搅拌2h至反应液澄清,除去溶剂后将能溶于二氯甲烷的物质真空干燥即为药物与磷脂的复合物;采用紫外光谱分析、红外光谱分析,差示扫描分析对复合物的形成进行验证。结果该方法简单可行,山楂叶总黄酮与磷脂的复合率达96%以上。复合物的光谱分析与反应物单体及物理混合物有一定的差别。结论磷脂复合物给药系统能够应用于某些中药提取物,但与多种成分形成复合物的机制有待进一步研究。Objective To explore the preparation of phospholipid complex of total flavonoids of hawthorn leaves and test the formation of phopholipid complex. Methods Using dehydrated alcohol as reaction solvent, the ratio of phospholipid and the drug was 2 : 1, reactant concentration was 20 mg/mL, reactants were stirred for 2 h at 60 ℃until the medium cleared. The solvent was removed by vacuum evaporation, then the matter dissolved in dichlormethane was obtained, that is the complex. The formation of complex was analyzed by using the ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum, and differential scanning. Resuits The method was easy and feasible; The combining ratio was more than 96%. Spectral analysis of complex had some difference between reactant monomer and physical mixture of total flavonoids of hawthorn leaves and phospholipid. Conclusion Phospholipid complex delivery system can be used in some Chinese herb extracts, but the mechanism should be studied in future.
