摘  要:目的观察丹参总酚酸对博莱霉素致肺纤维化小鼠的治疗作用。方法通过气管内注射博莱霉素复制小鼠肺纤维化模型,给予丹参总酚酸ig治疗后,以肺指数、肺组织病理形态及羟脯氨酸(Hyp)水平的测定,观察丹参总酚酸对小鼠肺纤维化形成的影响。结果丹参总酚酸治疗后肺泡炎和肺纤维化明显减轻,Hyp水平比模型组明显降低(P<0.05、0.01)。结论丹参总酚酸能减轻博莱霉素致小鼠肺纤维化程度,有一定的治疗作用。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of total salvianolic acid on Bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice. Methods The pulmonary fibrosis model was established by intratracheal in- iection of Bleomycin. The lung index, pathomorphology, and level of hydroxyproline (Hyp) in lung tissue were measured to observe the effect of total salvianolic acid on pulmonary fibrosis of mice. Results Total salvianolic acid could obviously reduced alveolitis and fibrosis. The lung index was significantly decreased in total salvianolic acid group compared with that in model group, and the level of Hyp was significantly lower than that in model group (P〈0.05 and 0.01). Conclusion Total salvianolic acid could have therapeutic effects on Bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice.
