温针对类风湿关节炎患者血清亮脑啡肽、白细胞介素Ⅱ、NK细胞活性影响

摘　　要：本文采用温针疗法治疗类风湿关节炎（ＲＡ）１６例观察对其血浆亮脑啡肽、白细胞介素Ⅱ、自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞活性的影响，探讨温针对ＲＡ疗效与神经内分泌免疫调节机制。温针治疗后，临床取得较满意疗效，证实温针能温通经络、活血化瘀、疏风散寒、消肿止痛。温针治疗前后血浆亮脑啡肽、白细胞介素Ⅱ、ＮＫ细胞活性均有显著性变化，且与临床疗效呈正相关。说明温针的疗效可能与其调节外周血亮脑啡肽和ＲＡ患者机体免疫功能有关。Sixteen patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) were treated with “ warm acupuncture”,resulting in satisfactory effects, During the course of treatment, the serum L ENK, IL 2 and the activity of NK cell were determined. The results showed all the parmeters gave a marked difference on pre and post therapeutic observations, and also revealed a positive relationship between patients and the controls. Our study indicates that the therapeutic effects of warm acupuncture on RA patients may be resulted from the regulation of peripheral L ENK and the immune functions.
