摘  要:采用两种方法在动物体内植入镍钛形状记忆合金,一是埋入大鼠背脊部肌肉中,二是植入犬下颌骨及股骨中,分别观察230d及180d,测定实验动物肝、肾等组织中钛锋含量。结果表明,第一种植入方式肝、肾组织中没有明显的钛镍元素蓄积,第二种植入方式犬肝、肾及鼻咽部粘膜中镍的含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),提示假体的不同植入方式对其生物安全度具有一定的影响。考虑第二种置入方式的实验结果,对镍钛形状记忆合金在临床一些领域的应用需持慎重态度,有必要进一步研究,对其表面进行适当修饰以改善生物安全度。To evaluate the biological safety of Ni Ti shape memory alloy it was implanted in experimental animals by two different treatments: In the first experiment Ni Ti shape memory alloy was implanted into the dosal muscle of rats, while in the second experiment Ni Ti shape memory alloy was implanted into the femur and memdiblle of dogs. After 230 and 180 days, rats and dogs were killed respectively and the contents of Ni and Ti in liver, kidney and other tissues were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that there was no obvious accumulation of Ti and Ni elements in liver and kidney in experimental animals by the first kind of implantation. However, the Niand Ti contents in liver, kidney and mucosa of nasopharynx in dogs of the implanted group were significant higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05) in the second experiment. It was suggested that different implanted ways of prosthesis may exert different effect on living body. With regard to the results of the second experiment, a cautious attitude should be taken towards the clinical use of Ni Ti shape mamory alloy. It is necessary to have a further study on surface modification of alloy in order to improve its biological safety.
