肿瘤坏死因子α对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的作用

摘　　要：临床确诊为系膜增生性肾小球肾炎（ＭｓＰＧＮ）的１１８例分为轻、中、重３组。从每组中随机抽取８例作为实验组，取３例正常肾组织作为对照组。然后对所选取的２７例进行免疫电镜检查。结果显示：正常及空白对照组肾小球内未见金颗粒，轻度ＭｓＰＧＮ的系膜细胞（ＭＣ）内Ｇｏ、ＲＥＲ附近有少量散在分布的金颗粒；中度ＭｓＰＧＮ增生的ＭＣ内金颗粒数增多，Ｇｏ、ＲＥＲ及Ｌｙ附近与轻度比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０００１）；重度ＭｓＰＧＮ增生的ＭＣ内见有大量金颗粒聚集呈团、线状或散在分布，与轻、中度ＭｓＰＧＮ比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０００１）。以上结果表明肿瘤坏死因子α（ＴＮＦα）可由ＭＣ产生。In this study, 118 patients defined as MsPGN were divided into three groups: mild, intermediate and advanced.Eight patients were taken in random from each group and three cases with nomal kidney tissues were selected as control.All the 27 speciments were examined by immunoelectron microscopy.The result showed that no gold particles presented in the nomal and blank control groups, but a few gold particles were diffused in MC with mild MsPGN, in the cases with intermediate MsPGN gold particles were increased considerably ( P <0 001).In proliferation MC with advanced MsPGN, the gold particles were much more than those in mild and intermediate MsPGN groups ( P <0 001).The gold particles were collected in shape of group, liner or diffusion.TNF α was produced by MC and increased gradually with the disease progress.
