摘　　要：目的:了解综合性医院的噪音情况,为医院解决噪音问题提供依据。方法:随机抽取普通内外科病房各2个及急诊室,在具有代表性的区域及时间段进行噪音测定,并对急诊室、监护室进行了24小时监测。采用AWH6218A测量仪测量,按城市区域环境噪声测量方法进行,用噪声统计分析仪分析。结果:所有测定点都超过标准,最高可超出标准84%,最低也超出标准4%。结论:提高医务人员对噪音危害性的认识,加强设备的保养与更新,改进医疗过程,可有效地减少医院的噪音污染。Objective： To investigate the noise condition in general hospitals in order to provide evidence to resolve noise problem in hospitals. Methods： The noise in typical areas of 2 medical wards, 2 surgical wards and emergency room was tested in typical time. The emergency room and ICU were monitored for 24hours. Measuring method for environmental noise of urban area was used to test noise with AWH6218A noise monitor. Results： The noise of all the areas was higher than standard from 4% to 84%. Conclusion： In order to reduce noise effectively, it should enhance the awareness of noise hazard of medical staff, strengthen the maintenance and renew of equipment and improve medical process.
