摘 要:研究了顺酐化聚丁二烯(MPB)对间苯二甲酸二烯丙基酯(DAIP)树脂浇铸体冲击性能、耐热性能、介电性能以及耐盐水性能的影响。结果表明,随着MPB含量的增大,DAIP的韧性增大;体系中加入20%MPB后,树脂浇铸体的冲击性能达到了9.2 kJ/m2,比纯DAIP的提高了298%;浇铸体的耐盐水性能也大大地提高,在w=0.10的NaCl溶液中浸泡7 d后,浇铸体的质量变化百分率仅为纯DAIP的40%,介电损耗角正切的变化量也仅为纯DAIP的18.9%;耐热性能和介电性能都略微有下降,但是降低的幅度不大。The properties of maleinized polybutadiene modified DAIP was investigated. The toughness and saline resistant of DAIP were improved significantly by maleinized ploybutadiene. The impact strength of DAIP with 20% maleinized ploybutadiene is about 9.2 kJ/m^2. This is about 298% of the value as measured for pure DAIP. Maleinized ploybutadiene also has great effect on the saline resistance. The mass change of DAIP with 20% MPB is only 40% compared with pure DAIP after immerging into 10% NaCI for 7 days. The change of dielectric dissipation factor of MPB/DAIP is 18.9% of pure DAIP. The heat resistance and dielectric properties of MPB/DAIP are slightly reduced.
