风湿热免疫发病机制的研究进展

摘　　要：风湿热是一种可累及全身多个器官的自身免疫性疾病,尽管其确切的发病机制尚不十分清楚,但近年来的研究已取得较大进展。风湿热的发病与链球菌抗原的分子模拟机制及一些炎性因子,如IL-8、IFN-γ1和CX3CR1等的作用相关。A组β溶血性链球菌的抗原性包括超抗原M蛋白、细胞壁的多糖成分"C物质"、脂磷壁酸、链球菌致热外毒素等。不同种族人群中患病率的不同提示了本病的宿主遗传易感性。Rheumatic fever is a autoinanune disease which affects multiple organs. Ahhongh the exact pathogenesis of rheumatic fever still remains unknown,the research development has been acquired recently.The irnmunopathogenesis of rheumatic fever were credited for correlation with the molecular mimicking mechanism of streptoceccal antigen, the effect of some intlammatory factor such as IL-8, INF-γ and CX3CR1 in the disease. The antigen in group A type（ streptococcus was demonstrated to contain super antigen M protein,the polyose comqonents of cell wall such as C mnss, lipoteichoicacid and the exotoxin of streptococcus causing fever. The prevalence varied in different race people,which revealed the genetic predisposition of hosts.
