摘  要:首次提出DAP预中和反应尾气分流进行余热回收浓缩稀磷酸的磷铵节能减排工艺,源头减少湿线尾气水蒸气排放量,降低湿法磷酸浓缩能耗31.8%。经过大型工业化试验验证,其关键设备低温磷酸喷射降膜浓缩装置(换热面积560 m2)回收约80℃的DAP湿线尾气余热,可以使稀磷酸P2O5质量分数提高约12百分点,节能产生的直接经济效益在1.5年之内即可收回技改投资。A novel energy saving and exhaust reduction concentration with the heat recovered from the DAP tail gas is proposed for AP production, which results in the process, characterized by phosphoric acid exhausted from the pre-neutralization reactor, energy consumption reduced by 31.8% for concentration. It is demonstrated, through the experiment from the commercialized pilot equipment of jet falling film evaporator with 560 m^2 surfaces for heat exchange, that the P2O5 mass fraction of the dilute phosphoric acid can be increased by 12% with the DAP wet line tail gas under 80℃ as the heat source. The investment for this system can be rewarded by the gained net profit within 1.5 years.
