有关矿区资源环境安全的若干问题研究

摘　　要：我国矿区开发资源环境破坏严重而治理的力度却很弱,导致当地居民及后代生存条件恶化甚至丧失,引发资源环境安全问题,开展矿区资源环境安全研究具有很重要的意义。详细论述了开展矿区资源环境安全研究的一些相关问题,包括研究对象的界定、矿区资源环境安全的定义和内涵、研究的学科基础及其与可持续发展的关系等问题。The natural resource and environment in mining area exploitation are seriously destroyed but rehabilitation is very little, leading to the deterioration even loss of the living condition of local residents and their future generations, and causing the safety problem of natural resource and environment. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct the study on the safety of the natural resource and environment in mining area. The paper describes in detail some issues concerning the study, including the research subject scope, the definition and meaning of resource and environment safety in mining area, the discipline basis of the study and its relation with sustainable development.
