摘  要:采用气冲造型机并在型砂顶部覆盖铝板的方法,获得了气力冲击造型试验紧实过程中型砂内部的动态应力。分析表明,型砂紧实过程可分为顶部(盖板上方)阶跃载荷的形成、入射应力波的传播和反射应力波的传播三个紧实阶段。依据冲击动力学原理获得了试验条件下的型砂内部冲击应力波的波速,并分析了相关影响因素。The dynamic stress inside green sand during experimental compaction by air impact moulding can be achieved using a method of placing aluminium plate at the top of green sand.The results showed that the compaction process of green sand divides into three steps:the formation of impact load at the top of green sand(over the plate),the propagation of incident stress wave and the propagation of reflected stress wave.According to principle of impact dynamics,the speeds of stress wave inside green sand in laboratory were measured and some factors concerned have also been discussed.
