摘 要:能源是经济增长和发展的动力,能源安全问题关系到政治稳定、社会发展和国家安全。目前,世界各国从保证国家能源安全的角度考虑,都在不遗余力地发展包括生物质能在内的可再生能源,以减少能源进口,降低能源对外依存度。该文利用大量数据分析了中国能源利用的特点、现状和问题,指出科学利用生物质能源是解决中国能源问题的出路之一,并提出了建设中国生物质能持续发展体系的构想,为中国生物质能源可持续发展提供科学依据。Energy is the power of economic growth and development. Energy security is highly significant for political stability, social development and national security. At present, many countries are making great efforts on developing renewable energy including biomass energy so as to ensure energy security and decrease import and dependence on external energy. In this paper, it is proposed that utilizing biomass energy scientifically is one of the approaches solving the problem of Chinese energy on the basis of analyzing the characteristics, status quo and problems on energy utilization in China according to abundant data. Moreover, sustainable development system of biomass energy is designed in order to provide some references for promoting the development ofbiomass energy in China.
