摘 要:采用有机硅中间体与γ-[(2,3)-环氧丙氧]丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷共缩聚,对不同的催化体系进行了比较,确定了较为适合的催化剂,制得平均相对分子质量为3666.9,黏度为58.6Pa.s,环氧值为0.08mol/100g的端环氧基有机硅树脂。此树脂兼有环氧树脂和有机硅树脂的优点,不仅可提高有机硅树脂与环氧树脂的混溶性,而且具有较好的粘接性能、耐热性和剪切强度。介绍了端环氧基有机硅树脂的合成及其性能。A novel epoxy-terminated silicone resin which had the average molecular weight of 3666.9, the viscosity of 58.6Pa·s and the epoxy value of 0.08mol/100g was synthesized from silicone intermediates and γ-[ (2,3) -epoxyprepoxy] prepylmethyldimethoxysilane by condensation poly- merization after comparing the different catalysis systems and selecting proper catalyst. The epoxy-terminated silicone resin had the advantages both of the epoxy and silicone resins. The modified resin not only improved the miscibility of epoxy and silicone resins, but also had the excellent heat resistance, bonding property and shear strength. The synthesis and properties of epoxy-terminated silicone resin were also introduced.
